To Search if a Property is in a Qualifying Census Tract:

  1. Click the “Searchable Qualifying Census Tracts Map” button below.
  2. Insert the address into the top left corner, including “Peoria, Illinois” and zip code.
  3. Click on “Color QCT Qualified Tracts”
  4. If the property is within the purple boundary, it is within the QCT and qualifies for our Down Payment Assistance and Rehabilitation Programs.
